Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipping. 
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees imposed by local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it once the correct address is provided — additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered, but we will assist you in filing a claim where possible.
